Amatoa Resort made our honeymoon even better, and we'd definitely return. The sunset view is beautiful, and the secluded setting gives you plenty of privacy. Our room was clean and cozy, and the staff were so nice and helpful. The food's worth remembering too. Why spend another night at a different villa?

The location and service are good, and the rooms were clean with good cold A/C. But the resort needs repairs and upkeep: the pool wasn't working and the sink was clogged. The balcony barrier needs replacing to keep guests from falling into the ocean. I hope the owner gives these needed repairs attention.

A secluded spot in a great location, with an amazing view. It's good if you're looking to get away from TV and internet. The A/C worked really well, though the shower in my room didn't flow properly. The food was okay, but not quite up to Western standards.

Don't miss the sunset here, it's so beautiful. From the high cliff in Bira, it's just five minutes to the beach, and the view is beyond amazing. The Amatoa staff were really helpful and friendly. Thanks for such a wonderful stay and experience in Bira! ☺

The staff were the best part for me, so kind and quick! I saw some beautiful tropical fish. It'd be great if they provided water shoes along with the snorkeling gear. It's a great escape 🧡 Just make sure you've got enough Tsel or XL data for your stay, since wifi is only available at the office and restaurant. That worked out okay for me.
