The employees are nice, breakfast is okay, and internet is available. The rooms are clean and inexpensive.

The location is excellent, but the room and service were really poor. Electricity kept going out, the AC wasn't cold, there was no water, and the toilet had lots of cockroaches. When I raised it with the staff, they scolded me straight away and told me to check out. A very bad vacation experience.

The room itself was nice, but the service wasn't great. There were no bathroom hangers, the shower bucket was too small, and the shower didn't work. Cable TV was dead too. They said all the networks were down, but they weren't. Thanks.

The first impression was good, but the facilities and service let it down. There was no electricity in the room, and barely any water came from the shower. The staff were very unfriendly and didn't try to find a solution. It made for a very bad holiday. If you're offering goods and services, please uphold both.

The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent, but the AC was so good that customers were told to find another hotel and still charged. Thanks, Marcell Guest House 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
