I found three dead cockroaches on the floor when I arrived, and the bathroom was very dirty and poorly maintained. The cleaners only came once during my one-week stay, so the place wasn't clean. WiFi, which they had promised, wasn't available at all, and the AC didn't work properly, leaving the room uncomfortable. I also got sick after staying there, which made an already disappointing visit worse. I hope management cleans more thoroughly and maintains the advertised facilities.

The hotel was inexpensive and convenient while we were diving Lembeh with Rumah Selam, and the staff were amazing. My room, 310, had broken AC and no fan. Even with the windows open, it was 35 degrees in there at night. It's a nice, low-cost place if you get a room with working AC or ask for a lower floor. If you're on the third floor, check that your AC works or that the room has a fan.

We booked two rooms, but the facilities seemed old and poorly maintained. The bathroom looked dirty, and the bathtub was broken. The waitress kept spelling my name wrong. It felt like he was making fun of it, which I didn't like.
