The hotel restaurant is a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel, down by the beach, and there’s a buggy if you’d rather ride. There’s also another restaurant close by, a warung across the street that will pick you up or deliver for free, and a great warung farther down the beach. Our room stayed spotless during the 14 days. Staff cleaned it daily, and the towels and sheets always smelled fresh. I chose to have water replenished every other day. The showers and baths had plenty of hot water, and the pool was clean. Everyone on the team was amazing, with such care for the details. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Our group of 10, including children and teenagers, had a wonderful time here. The villas are luxurious, with lovely private pools and great amenities. The floating breakfast was a huge hit, and the beachside restaurant has a fantastic view, a generous breakfast buffet, and good a la carte choices. Several of us were vegetarian and curious to try Balinese food, so the staff and chef worked with us to put together a delicious vegetarian Balinese meal. The team also arranged a very moving beachside vow renewal for a couple celebrating their 25th anniversary. They handled it beautifully. Everyone we met, from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, was warm, smiling, and ready to help. It’s a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy Balinese hospitality, with something for solo visitors, families, kids, and groups of friends.

We booked a four-room villa and loved it, especially the private pool. The rooms were great, and the team at Desa Swan were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The setting is amazing: secluded from the city and right beside a distinctive black sand beach. We loved the waves and watched lots of people surfing. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a private villa with a pool next to the beach.

Having a pool right outside our room and the beach only a short walk away made the stay so lovely. The service was excellent, and the staff were always happy to help with anything. We also really enjoyed the cocktails, room service, and spa treatments. Everything was wonderful, couldn’t fault it.
