It’s a peaceful spot, though there’s not much nearby. The black sand beach is about 15 minutes away, waterfalls take 15-20 minutes, and Gianyar city, with lots of businesses, is only around 15-20 minutes away. The pool is tiny but does the job, and there’s a nice shared kitchen. Everything was clean and the property was well maintained. The host was genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We loved this affordable homestay and would come back next time. If you’ve read this far, trust me and book it!

The rooms are plain, which seems fair for the low price, and there’s a shared kitchen with all the utensils. My only issue was the fridge wasn’t plugged in. I tried to connect it, but its plug didn’t fit the socket.

It was my first stay in the Keramas area. Getting there meant using a bad road, but the homestay was good, the rooms were clean, and the father was kind and friendly. Guests can use the kitchen facilities. The shower wasn’t good, though, and they only provided bath soap. There was no kettle in the room for tea or coffee, and I wasn’t sure whether mineral water was meant to be provided.

A good price and a great place to stay. It’s a little way outside town, but quiet and nice for relaxing. Taxis and bikes are easy to find. The guys running it are very nice and just getting started.
