Patria Family Hotel

The location was good, the staff were very nice, and the food was good too. What made the stay difficult was the noise: some guests talked and laughed in the middle area for hours, starting around midnight. It kept happening, and hotel staff never asked them to quiet down. Too bad.

I stayed here alone for a business trip. Parking was ample, and the water heater worked well. But the wall was dirty, there was no kettle, and it got very noisy in the morning, starting at 5 AM. If you need proper rest after a long workday, you may want to stay somewhere else.

Makam Bung Karno is within walking distance, and it was easy to find food nearby. The rooms were clean and the staff courteous. A very nice hotel, my second favorite in Blitar after Hotel Tugu.

I often recommend this as my first choice to colleagues coming to Blitar for work or a vacation. The receptionist and other staff are friendly, ready to help with what you need, and greet you with a warm smile. Unfortunately, during one stay in a VIP Room, the hot water failed in both rooms. I reported it, but the central heating problem seemed beyond what the staff could fix. Your inspections need improvement.
