The hotel no longer works with booking apps. We still managed to complete a transfer after booking through Agoda, but when we arrived to check in, the hotel refused us.

You can still find the hotel listed in the Traveloka app, but they won’t let you check in anymore. I’ve already paid, and I can’t get a refund. 😢

The hotel no longer works with the Traveloka app, but it’s still active there and hasn’t been deactivated. VERY NOT RECOMMENDED.

I couldn’t check in when I got there because I’d booked through Traveloka. The place is crumbling!
