Grand Cepu Hotel

I was there for work for about two weeks. The room was okay and the food was okay too, though the breakfast was bad and almost exactly the same every day. The staff were really nice but didn’t know much about hotel management. The hygiene facilities were really poor. I had to ask the receptionist for toilet tissue every day because they wouldn’t refill it otherwise. Housekeeping didn’t clean under the bed, so it stayed dusty unless I left a note to remind them. There were also sometimes mosquitoes and bugs in the room. The hotel is quite close to the station.

The breakfast was okay, with fruit, tea and coffee, bread, an Indonesian buffet, and an extra soup with meatballs or fish balls. The hotel also welcomes guests with its owner’s collection of vehicles, including Honda CB series bikes, Classic Vespa, and other vintage vehicles. It’s in downtown Cepu, and the hotel feels friendly and warm. The bathroom water flow could be stronger. With that improvement, it could be a good choice for a stay in Cepu.

The service was bad, the place smelled terrible, and the employees had a very bad attitude. There are lots of better hotels in Cepu.

This is an old hotel that needs renovation and maintenance, especially the bathroom and towels. The breakfast selection is limited, there isn’t much food, and the way it’s served is really bad 😔
