I had bought a night through an app, but was told to pay extra before I could get the room. It was tiny, about 2.5 x 3.5 m, with no air ventilation, just a queen bed and a small desk fixed to the wall. The linen was dull and stained brown, and some of it was torn. Mosquitoes kept me awake all night. I killed more than a dozen, it felt like a mosquito nest instead of a bedroom. Think carefully before renting this room. It’s not worth the money.

The location is convenient, but the room was dirty and there were no amenities or drinking water. The hot shower didn’t work, and the door was difficult to open. I was also charged an extra fee when I arrived, with no reasonable explanation. What I disliked most was the strong smoky smell. Please improve things and check the rooms regularly.

I’m new to OYO, and my first booking experience was very disappointing. I arrived at the hotel at 10 p.m. and was turned away because they said they no longer did business with OYO. The hotel told me OYO was selling rooms without its permission and that they had ended their arrangement more than two months ago. I’m disappointed and won’t book with OYO again. Please check that your information is valid before doing business, and don’t handle things this way.
