The towels and sheets were in good condition and smelled nice. I expected more from a three-star hotel, though the room facilities are somewhat understandable given that it’s outside a major city. Some things still need attention, especially the bathroom and toilet.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, and there’s a shuttle bus that can take you anywhere. The hotel itself is old and needs freshening up. Cepu also needs more attractions to help tourism grow and bring more visitors.

The location and service were great, the TV worked fine, and I enjoyed the gym. I stayed for two days, and the price was quite affordable. The hot shower needs more maintenance: the heater needs fixing and won’t stop automatically. The refrigerator didn’t work at all, and ants sometimes crawl onto the table near the bed, so watch out when you’re getting ready to sleep.

I had a pleasant one-night stay. The shower didn’t work properly, and it would be nice to have a shower mat ready before guests arrive. A bar of soap by the sink and a replacement kettle would help too. Nice job, Kyriad, respect.

The breakfast and food were good, and the hospitality was fine. Still, the room didn’t feel like a three-star room, more like a one-star hotel. Noise carries from other rooms if people talk or laugh loudly. There’s no indoor parking, and I saw my car baking outside.
