The staff were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi was very good and free. We paid IDR 173,000 nett for a Saturday stay through Reddoorz, near the culinary mile on Jl. MH Thamrin in Surakarta (Solo), Central Java. My wife and I had a spacious room with a comfortable double bed, working AC, and a flat screen TV with good reception on the free channels. We got two towels, two toothbrushes and toothpaste, plus a small soap bar, and they brought tissues when I asked. The bathroom was clean and had hot and cold shower water, but the hot water didn't work, so we switched rooms. It still didn't work there, though maybe it was a little better. There was a Western toilet with a toilet shower. Parking was spacious and covered for both motorbikes and cars. We didn't get a welcome drink, and there was no water dispenser, liquid soap, or shampoo in the bathroom.

It’s affordable and in a handy spot, close to an ATM Mandiri, local convenience store, and restaurants. The room was clean and came with toiletries, hot water, towels, and a blanket.

The guard was friendly and easy to chat with, and you can pray at the mosque right next door. The location is handy, near Manahan and the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning to keep it cool and hot water in the bathroom. Top 👍🏼

It was good value for bringing my partner and one child. The room was clean, the bathroom was okay, and there was a TV and air conditioning. The room was just a bit too spacious for me.
