Mega Bintang Sweet Hotel 2

At least it was quiet, but I won't stay here again. The room was dark, the hotel felt scary, and when I sprayed the toilet there was something inside that looked like mold or poop. I couldn't tell which. The air conditioner barely cooled and made awful clicking sounds whenever it blew. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, and there was no hot water. There aren't room numbers outside the doors, so finding yours is nearly impossible. At around 12:30 AM, the one staff member on duty spent more than 30 minutes trying to locate my room. He took us up to the third floor, back downstairs, then outside, said the room wasn't upstairs, and led us to another building. He was wrong again, so we went back outside before he finally found it on the third or fourth floor of the main building. Even the security guard knew the building better than he did. He wasn't professional.
