The staff were professional and friendly, and the food was great, mostly buffet style. I just wish the Indonesian dishes had clearer labels. Our room was clean, comfortable, and felt brand new. The meeting spaces were comfortable too, with everything set up well. The hotel is right across from the Botanical Garden, close to lots of restaurants and a big mall. For the price, it felt like much better value and quality than nearby hotels that call themselves 4-star. I love this place and hope to stay again.

Breakfast had lots of choices, and I was impressed by how tasty everything was. The hotel is in a very convenient spot, right across from Kebun Raya. Our room was clean and spacious, though the extra bed felt a little small. The central AC kept stopping on our first night, so I couldn't sleep, but the staff fixed the issue quickly. The car park is very narrow, so I'd recommend valet parking if you're not confident maneuvering in tight spaces.

Rizky, the hotel cleaner, left such a lovely surprise. The room was perfectly tidy, and seeing a cute swan made from towels on my bed really made my day. Thoughtful touch, and great housekeeping.

The room, food, and cleanliness were satisfactory, and the staff were generally friendly. Breakfast was the disappointing part. With the hotel so full, I struggled to find a seat, and no one helped me. There were empty tables, but they still hadn't been cleared. The staff seemed inattentive and didn't take initiative. This should be planned for when occupancy is high, especially at a hotel in the Accor Group, where I would expect standard procedures for handling it.
