Lido Lakes Resort and Conference

The lake scenery made our stay especially relaxing, and we enjoyed the food too. The chefs even gave us complimentary ice cream bakar. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, though we didn't catch their names. We were there from 24-25 December 2025. Ms. Alvi made check-in easy, and Ms. Ola, who worked around the lobby, was kind and upbeat. Sorry if I've got her name spelling wrong. She also helped us register the kids for cooking activities. Everyone we dealt with was welcoming, polite, and attentive, so we'd like to come back. One suggestion for families: please share more details about children's activities on social media. It would help people planning a staycation, and activities advertised ahead of time should consistently be available. Some of the ones listed weren't running during our visit.

The grounds and facilities make this a nice nature retreat, and most staff were kind and helpful, especially the restaurant team. Food is expensive, though, and we ran into a couple of service problems. The TV kept switching itself on every few minutes, so I had to unplug it before bed. Then, at about 11:30 AM, we left the room to put bags in the car even though checkout was at 12 PM. When I came back, the key card no longer worked. The receptionist I spoke with wasn't friendly and said cards sometimes need updating before noon. That seemed odd and was inconvenient.

It's a long way from the city, so you'll need a car if you want to go in and get food. The service was great, and the rooms were fairly clean and spacious, though they're quite old.

The pool, kids' corner and activities, and fitness center were all great for our family. We booked four pool access rooms and one suite at the very end of May. The hotel felt lovely, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, including the colleagues I met. For my mother's birthday they prepared fruit and a welcome cake with amazing decoration, which really impressed us. Breakfast had a good range of dishes and tasted good too. Thanks for the warm welcome. I'd recommend Lido Lake Resort for a family visit, and I hope it does well in the future. We'll be back soon.
