The service was really good, thanks to the banquet and housekeeping teams for being friendly and helpful. They brought us a prayer mat and even arranged an early breakfast. Overall, pretty alright. Well done.
I paid 110,000 net per person for the iftar buffet, which felt reasonably priced, and the Indonesian dishes tasted good. Breakfast was in the sixth-floor restaurant. It’s on the small side and got a little crowded, with some buffet trays empty. They should refill things before they run out.
The room was clean, though the decor looked old, and the service was good enough. I liked that the hotel is close to the toll road. This was my first stay, and I might upgrade to a better room next time.
The staff were attentive and friendly, and the hotel works if you just need somewhere to sleep. Our room could have been cleaner: there was long black hair in the room and shower, the floor felt dirty enough that the slippers made sense, and the toiletries sat on a stained tray. The bedside lamps had no bulbs. We could hear the nearby main roads from our side of the building. You get what you pay for.
I was here on a 3D2N business trip. The ballroom was spacious, the coffee-break snacks were good, and I especially liked the tahu isi. The hotel shares its building with apartments, so you can imagine what the building is like. My room was quite small, though I could request a hair dryer. At dinner on day one, I enjoyed the ikan soup asam. The food tasted good, but there was a small caterpillar on the vegetables, in the corn and buncis. I told the staff member at the welcome door, but she didn’t apologize or replace the food. They also need to refill dishes faster and respond to complaints more actively. Breakfast on day two had especially sweet fruit, but I waited 30 minutes at the egg station. I loved the fish at lunch and the pineapple juice. Dinner was disappointing: I didn’t like the menu, and the fried rice took so long that staff only said “wait.” They should have told us it was gone and wouldn’t be refilled. Waiting with no clear answer and no fried rice was frustrating; I ended up eating only vegetables, chicken, and fruit. On the third morning, the daun singkong was too salty.
