The location is good and the place is clean, though the toilet only came with one bar of soap. There wasn't water in the room, but there's a dispenser outside it, along with some sugar and an electric kettle. Breakfast was so-so and served from 6 to 10 am. The pool goes up to 1,4 meters, and there are large and small kids' pools open from 6 am to 6 pm.

The staff were great, especially the one who helped me, and breakfast was awful. After moving me three times, I decided to check out and lost the money since I had booked through a third party. I've stayed in many hotels, and this was by far the worst. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Stick with a franchise hotel that has cleanliness standards. I hope they take this seriously, or the hotel won't survive. I booked the executive suite for the balcony and larger room, and checked in around 1pm on the very top floor. The view was the only good thing I noticed. The hotel had been remodeled, but still felt outdated, and the room looked very old. I could've lived with that for 2 nights, but not the dirty floor, stained sofas and walls, dust on every piece of furniture, mold on the wall, and blood on the pillowcase. I later found out most rooms had been used for patients discharged from the hospital next door. There were many other things in the room that weren't acceptable either.

The main issue was the Wi-Fi, which kept cutting in and out on the sixth floor. The hotel room was old, though well maintained, and the restaurant food was delicious. The staff were really friendly.

We booked two rooms for one night with the family. The location is strategic, right in the middle of Bogor city, and the rooms were nice with comfy beds. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and smiling. I'd recommend it and would come back on another trip to Bogor.
