The staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast was excellent, with lovely views from the breakfast area. The room was well priced and included breakfast, and the location was good. The shower had hot water and strong pressure. The hotel has a fun, kitschy look, though it could use some care. You get what you pay for, so don't expect five-star amenities. I had a great stay.

The food was tasty, authentic Indonesian cooking. For a workshop, the space is huge and has a high ceiling. It's an old, stately building, though it would take hard work to make it look star quality.

The clean room and bathroom were a nice surprise for an old hotel, and every floor has its own themed atmosphere. Lunch and dinner follow a different theme each day. The food is great, with a barbecue section you can eat from for free, plus unlimited coffee, tea, and ice cream.

The food is quite tasty and there’s a good variety. The main menu changes almost every day from morning to evening. The hotel has a unique theme, and overall I thought it was quite good. My one gripe is that there are very few power outlets in the room, and they’re not well placed, far from the bed.

The food was the highlight, such a treat, and I'd definitely recommend the place. The location is great, right across from McDonald's and a two-minute walk from the Presidential Palace. Every floor has its own theme, and at night the place looks magical. The room and washroom were clean and tidy, and the AC cooled well.
