Padjadjaran Suites Resort & Convention Hotel

The pool was nice, though people swimming in regular clothes made the water look cloudy and less hygienic. Management should enforce the swimwear rules more firmly. The loud exercise and music by the pool in the morning also made it hard to enjoy a quiet atmosphere. There was a good range of breakfast options, but the taste was standard, and several items had run out by 8 AM without being replenished promptly. The room was good overall, with welcome drinks even though we arrived late. The shower pressure was weak, and the windows should only open a little for children's safety. Padjajaran Suite is easy to access. Parking was available behind the hotel, though I think the front spaces should be kept for premium vehicles or guests who need easier access.

The room was cleaned during stays of more than one day, and I also saw the pool being cleaned at night. Both were good. Too bad the gym and spa weren't open, and the Wi-Fi in room 512 kept cutting out or had a weak signal.

Mount Salak looked beautiful from the hotel, and our spacious room was really comfortable. The food was delicious and the facilities were well maintained, making it a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful too, so it was a satisfying, memorable stay.

I've stayed here four times, and it's a good value if you're after a quiet hotel. The swimming pool is nice and has a minibar. My only complaint is the standard room bathroom: the divider between the shower and the sink doesn't work properly, so water easily gets onto the floor.
