Sans Hotel Tajur Bogor

The lift was broken, the rooms weren't fully clean, and they didn't provide bottled water. The windows aren't soundproof, so every motorbike or car sounds like it's right by your ear. I couldn't sleep. This was my first time seeing a hotel with windows like that.

The service was good.

The bathroom drain was blocked, and after I showered the water flooded the room and reached the bed area. I had just come out of the bathroom and wasn't dressed yet. The receptionist arrived and got angry at my husband, who was sitting on the bed, apparently startled when she saw the flooding. She said she was worried about disturbing other guests. Are we not guests too? We paid, and our comfort should matter. There was nothing I could have done to cause a flood like that. We decided to check out. No one on staff apologized or even thanked us. The receptionist also blamed us for not telling her sooner, even though I had only just finished showering. That was enough for me. I never want to set foot in any SANS hotel again. This was the first time in my life that I stayed at a hotel where everything felt lacking, from the location and staff service to the room. You can’t really see the hotel from the street. The staff member I dealt with was short and had somewhat fair skin. I don't know her name, but her service was really bad.

The receptionists were especially friendly, and there’s security, which made the place feel safe. For the price, the hotel is clean and comfortable. It also has a spacious parking lot at the back. 😉😉
