The Aromas Of Bali Hotel And Residence

The room and bathroom were dirty, there was no hot water, and the shower didn’t work properly. No drinks were provided, and the amenities weren’t adequate. The photos on Traveloka look very different from the actual place, so Traveloka should check and update them in the app.

The location was the only good thing. The pool was filthy and unusable, the sheets and bathroom were very dirty, and the balcony doors wouldn’t close. A cat was tied on the balcony for hours in extreme heat with no water or shade, howling and screaming. Do better.

If you’re trying to save money and stay near the beach, it’s an okay place, though a bit old. I wouldn’t choose it for a luxury stay.

The room was in poor shape as soon as I arrived. Water leaked inside, and the washroom was especially bad, both poorly maintained and unclean. The bed was dirty, too, and the unpleasant smell in the bathroom added to the neglected, unhygienic feel of the interior. This place needs serious attention to cleanliness and care. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless it improves considerably.
