The staff were helpful and friendly, which made both the meeting and stay go smoothly. Our guest rooms were clean and comfortable, with good amenities, and the meeting room was comfortable and fully equipped. Thanks especially to Ms. Dian from the restaurant for looking after our group attentively during meals.

After a long flight from Singapore, I really appreciated the delicious vegetarian breakfast and thoughtful help at the front desk. The service at Swiss-Belhotel Manokwari was extraordinary. For a spacious, quiet room, I’d suggest a corner room on an upper floor. Mine had a large desk, a sitting area, and even a small kitchenette, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after the journey. The pool was refreshing in the heat and humidity. I’m here for a conference, and the venue has been convenient, well designed, and cosy. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Check-in went smoothly, and they handled everything properly from the start. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was tasty. My kids loved the kids' menu stall. We also had dinner at the Rampes lounge, which was delicious. Check-out took quite a while because they were busy, but it wasn’t a big issue. Thanks to Pak Farhan for upgrading my room!
