The property layout, atmosphere, and location are beautiful, and I enjoyed my stay. There's a lot of potential here. The more affordable rooms could keep their current prices, but they need better upkeep because some areas are showing wear. For the premium rooms, upgrades to the bathrooms, mattresses, and lighting would help them compete in the higher-end market. With some investment and refinement, this could become a top choice in the area. I look forward to seeing how it progresses.

Dinner was amazing, and the lunch menu was delicious too. Breakfast was nice. The staff were great, very friendly, always cleaning and ready to help. I'd love to stay here again.

The breakfast choices were good, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room itself was excellent, and aside from the pool, I found the place quite impressive. The pool needs much better management. It was full of mold, including on the ceramic tiles, and the pump wasn't running. It looked like it hadn't been maintained for around two months. When swimming, I could see mold particles floating to the surface. Also, the neighboring cafe plays music so loudly that we could hear it clearly from the sixth floor.

The water was off for half a day, so we couldn't shower or even use the toilets. The fix to the water supply wasn't satisfactory. We had booked three days and two nights during the long holiday, but left on the second day because there was no water. I asked for a refund and compensation and was told the transfer would take three days. The walls and wood were peeling, the shower was partly broken, and there was no coffee or slippers. Room service took a very long time and didn't act promptly. Not recommended at all.
