I stayed for a month on business, and the service was very poor. We had agreed the room would be cleaned twice a week, but in practice I had to ask reception each time. It went more than a week without cleaning, and I doubt it would have been done at all if I hadn't brought it up.

The room had AC, Wi-Fi, and a TV, and was fairly clean and comfortable, with a decent bed. A few things made the stay frustrating: just one towel was supplied, the bathroom door was awkward to get through because it caught when shut, and the staff weren't very friendly. The service was unsatisfactory, and I hope the owner reviews how the staff are handling guests.

They messaged me on WhatsApp twice, at different times before noon, telling me to check out, even though I already knew checkout was at 12. That was annoying. The staff weren't friendly, there was only one towel, and the sheets looked like someone had used them before. I also had a very hard time undoing the door lock.

The bathroom could use plenty of repairs. The bidet sometimes won't shut off, and the slow drain leaves the floor flooded. The soap dish is missing its pump as well.

The room and location were good, but the service was really unfriendly. They were curt and impolite when explaining the hotel, and seemed careless when asking me to fill in my details. They used my name without a respectful title, which I'd like them to be reprimanded for. There was only one towel for our four-day stay.
