It's in a good location, and the staff are very friendly. For a couple of nights, it does the job if all you need is somewhere to sleep, especially in a small city that doesn't get many tourists, so keep your expectations modest. I can't say whether it was just my room, but cleanliness was a problem. Spider webs were in the bathroom, and ants crawled over the small desk and into the tissue box, or anything else left on the table. The bathroom layout was awkward too: the shower comes before the toilet, so after showering you have to get your feet wet to reach it.

The breakfast setup was nice, served in rice boxes instead of prasmanan. The hotel itself was so-so, with an unimpressive interior, and my room had no hot water for bathing.
