Anugrah Hotel by OYO Rooms

Good.

I paid almost 300, and it felt expensive, especially with no breakfast and not even mineral water. There was mineral water when I stayed in transit before, so what happened? I couldn't order food that night either, since they said nobody was cooking.

For a transit stay, I think it was good enough. I booked through Tiket.com for under 210,000 IDR per night after searching for hotels near Solo airport, and this was the only one I found. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the airport, and the hotel provides free car transfers there. The restaurant takes food orders around the clock, and breakfast was included. Yesterday I had fried rice and hot tea; this morning they brought food to my room, and even offered two plates though I was alone 🤣🤣. The room and bathroom were clean, the TV channels came in clearly, and the AC was cold. I also had a toothbrush and bar of soap, outlets on both sides of the bed, and a window view. A few things could be better: there was no hot water, and the shower pressure was too weak, so I had to use a bucket or dipper with tap water. The spray looked clean but had small holes, like cigarette burns. The door still had a regular house key rather than a card. The area was quiet, and the only nearby food I found was meatballs.

I booked through the app around sunset, arrived in Solo at about 10 a.m., and the room was already ready, which was good. It was cheap too, and breakfast was delivered to the room at 7 a.m. The room was standard and the AC was cold, but there were lipstick marks by the mirror, so I wondered if anyone had tried to clean it. The soundproofing wasn't great either. Loud joking in the lobby, apparently from employees, carried into the room even at 10 p.m. If it was staff, please keep it down next time since guests are trying to rest. When I arrived, some men were sitting by the entrance chatting and smoking. They should be told to smoke outside.
