The room was large, the view of Mount Marapi was amazing, and the location was convenient. Cleanliness was a problem, though: there was dirty underwear left by the previous guests, and nobody had cleaned under the bed. The shower needed cleaning too before it would work properly. The room smelled of smoke, since smoking is allowed in the hotel.
It’s close to Pasa Ateh, Jam Gadang, and Big Mosque. Parking could be difficult during holidays, though, since there are spaces for only four or five cars and you may not be able to park in front of the hotel.
The view was nice.
A nice hotel for business trips.
It’s very close to the sights: the zoo is right across the road, and the Clock Tower and Ateh Market are an easy walk away. There’s no breakfast, which is fine given how cheap it is. The room is spacious, though there were cobwebs on the ceiling 😆. The bathroom was clean and had a water heater, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the TV worked.
