Muara Hotel

Our room had no window, but it was neat, comfortable to sleep in, and the small bathroom was okay. A good choice if you just need somewhere to rest before heading out. I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to spend much time at the hotel.

The room itself was fairly spacious, and I stayed two nights in a deluxe balcony room. But the balcony was so dusty that I couldn't step onto it without getting dust on my feet. It didn't seem to have been cleaned. The bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. My shower drained slowly, as if the area was partly clogged, and I hope management makes the counter and tap corners safer since they could easily hurt a child or anyone using the sink. The sink was also tiny, about the size of my hand. I'd seen photos showing a large oval bowl, so I don't know if that small sink is what comes with a deluxe balcony room at this price. The other amenities were fine, but the water heater needs a thorough cleaning.

Breakfast and parking are available, and the staff were polite and friendly. They helped guests and suggested tourist spots. The room was perfect, though the bathroom floor was a bit slippery. It's a 3 star hotel.

My room had a beautiful morning view of two mountains, and the interior looked cool. The TV, AC, and shower all worked well. There was some mold around the sink, which was also a bit rusty, and the elevator needs maintenance. Breakfast was tasty, especially the nasi goreng and soup, but there wasn't much protein. They only served fish, fried rice, and noodles.
