The room wasn’t clean, and the room service was really poor. I was disappointed. I’d booked at the rate shown on tiket.com, but at check-in they asked me to pay another 50,000 IDR, saying someone had changed the price.

I paid for a room through the tiket.com app, but when I got here they said they no longer worked with Oyo. Why is the listing still active? My experience was awful, and the employees were rude. They’re scammers, in my view. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This homestay apparently no longer works with Oyo, and now I’m unsure how to ask Oyo for a refund. Agoda should look into it, since this could hurt Agoda’s image.
