There’s plenty of parking, and the location is a real strong point. It’s a nice option for a family stay in Bukittinggi, Padang. The food was only average, though breakfast could use more Padang dishes. The rooms were average too, the bathrooms need an upgrade, and the cable TV quality was poor. Civets, or "Musang," in the ceiling were really annoying.

The price felt far too high, especially with the room in such rough, filthy condition when we checked in. The food and drinks were terrible too. I was honestly disappointed and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The restaurant service was the worst part. I asked three times for sunny-side-up eggs at the station, even though it wasn’t busy, and the chef still forgot. Getting butter was the same sort of hassle. The suite had ants everywhere, but I figured that might just be natural. Not worth it.

The balcony and the restaurant’s outdoor seating both have lovely views, and our room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast is free, with lots of traditional food, and parking and internet are free too. There are free swimming pools, plus a private pool for the villa. It’s a good fit for family holidays or company activities, with easy access and good service. A new resort hotel around Bukittinggi, and very recommendable. For good prices, you can book through their website or call customer service.
