OYO 90425 Hotel 22

The room was dark and dirty, looked neglected, and the AC didn't work. I was told at the hotel that they no longer worked with Oyo, even though I'd booked through Oyo and Oyo customer service said the partnership was still active. When I arrived, it said Reddorz, and we lost our money without being able to get a refund. The receptionist wasn't friendly and seemed to gossip about people behind their backs. There are a lot of scams at this hotel, so be careful.

The mattress was fairly soft, which is why I gave it two stars, but the room was just bad. The sheets had blood stains, and there wasn't any drinking water. There was no main light, only a night light, so it was dark during my Zoom meeting. At first I thought the switch was broken, but then I looked up and saw there simply was no main light. The toilet was broken, so I had to hold it in. The warm water wasn't warm at all. When I turned on the sink tap, the water came out black and very cloudy. I hadn't realized the shower water was dirty too until I caught some in my hand and saw it was cloudy and black.

If you're planning to stay here, be careful at check-in. I asked the receptionist whether I could pay through the app and was told yes. My Agoda booking went through, but then the receptionist showed me printed proof that they no longer partnered with Oyo, and said my Agoda payment wasn't valid. THE "KALI" SHOULD NO LONGER PARTNER WITH OYO. PLEASE PUT A NOTICE IN FRONT OF RECEPTION. DON'T SAY PAYMENT ISN'T ACCEPTED AFTER SOMEONE HAS TRANSFERRED IT.

Traveloka took my bank transfer and confirmed the booking, but when I got there to check in, they said the place was full. This needs to be sorted out quickly. I'm worried a lot of people will end up disappointed.
