We stayed for 2 nights. On the first night, there was a small problem with the AC temperature, but staff showed up in my room in under 5 mins after I contacted them. The next day the AC started leaking, so I messaged mba Raina (sales), and she moved me to another room right away. She's very responsive. I'm really grateful to her, and she deserves an award. Both rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were helpful and quick to respond. One of the best things is that it's DOG FRIENDLY, so you can bring your Anabul with you 🐶 I'll definitely come back whenever I'm in Anyer. Thank you Acacia Anyer! ☺️🤍

Good service while checking in with my family. Mr Roni / FO and Ms Alia / Sales Marketing were both helpful. Good place, good staff. Thanks, Bayu / HRM.

I stayed here for a family gathering with dishub jkt at the end of 2024. I only just got around to writing a review. It was rainy season, with huge winds and waves, so all I could do was take photos.
