Villa Stefan

We arrived early with the kids to avoid traffic. The staff were very welcoming and let us use the facilities, including the pool, while we waited for check-in. We asked at the last minute for an extra bed, and they accommodated us well. The room, linen, and towels were clean. Breakfast was decent, generously portioned, and suited our taste. There was free-flowing water, coffee, tea, and afternoon snacks. The exclusive villa has six rooms and can accommodate up to 20 people. The beach is right next door, with views of the ocean, Krakatoa Mountain, and the sunset. Great for a weekend staycation and relaxing.

The staff took really good care of us. The villa is quiet and private, with only six rooms, so it doesn’t get crowded. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, and the common hall is big. There’s a lovely pool and great views too. The beach beside the property was clean, calm, and uncrowded.

The beach and the villa’s design are the strongest points. Walk out the side door and you’re at pantai jambu, which was clean, fairly empty, and good for swimming. The gardens, pool, and cozy shared living area are lovely, with a design as nice as in Bali. You’re very close to the sea and its waves, and the view is amazing. Wi-Fi was great. With around 5-6 rooms, it stayed uncrowded and worked well for social distancing. The rest was more mixed. Cleaners rarely wore masks and didn’t follow many pandemic precautions. The room could’ve been cleaner, with some dirty corners and crevices, and there were mosquitoes inside. I think they could prepare rooms better before check-in by spraying. A few little issues too: the hot water pressure was so-so, my bath towel had a hole, and the shower holder was broken. Breakfast was basic, though it was nice to have something ready early. Even with those downsides, this is probably the best place of its kind in Anyer. I might come back for a short getaway.

A relaxing, quiet exclusive villa near Jambu Beach, with just six rooms, though all together they can accommodate up to 20 people. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the view was good. There’s a swimming pool and a pool table too. A nice short escape, and I’ll definitely come back.
