Blue Moon Villas

The views were sensational, and the staff were amazing and so accommodating. We originally booked eight nights on the restaurant side, then upgraded to an ocean villa, which was the best decision. The restaurant had lots of choices and a nice breakfast. We caught a fish, and the chef cooked us a delicious fish curry. We shared some great moments with the staff, and we'll miss everyone. Highly recommend.

We stayed in a Blue Angel Ocean Front Suite, and the room was lovely with an incredible view, even from the bed. The pool sits in a really nice garden. Staff were great, and the restaurant was lovely and well priced. If you want to eat on your patio or in the garden, they'll happily bring drinks and food to you. There's wonderful snorkeling a short walk away, and several restaurants within walking distance, though this is outside the more central area. I felt fine renting a scooter from the hotel to get into town because Amed's roads are quiet. I wouldn't be comfortable doing that in Bali's busy parts. If you're after a comfortable, relaxing stay with great views, lovely staff and good food, this place is for you.

The seafood soup and ceviche were the best I’ve tried in Bali, and the restaurant was excellent. The villas are lovely, with gorgeous sea views from their spot high on the coast above the Bali Sea. The staff were really friendly too.

We stayed nine nights at Blue Moon and loved the staff, the view, the room, and the food. We’ll be back. Just be ready for Bali noise: dogs, roosters, motorbikes, construction, music. Bring earplugs, maybe even custom ones. The noise can be annoying, but it’s absolutely worth it. Love Amed, love Blue Moon. Earplugs are cheap.
