We spent three nights at Dhauteya and ate every meal at the restaurant because the food was so tasty. Breakfast was at the seaside cafe, with a lovely view of the ocean and pool from our perfect room. The staff arranged snorkeling, a massage, and a driver into the city. The whole place has a relaxing feel that suited our time in Amed really well. We’d happily return the next time we’re in Bali. Thank you!

Kadek took such good care of us and went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable. He was amazing. The grounds and pool were very well kept, and our room was great. I also loved the snorkeling tour. We saw coral, all kinds of fish, and turtles. It was a highlight for me.

The people here made us feel at home from the start, and their kindness is what made the stay so memorable. Thanks to all of them. ☺️🙏🏻 We had fresh, delicious meals delivered to our room a few times, and breakfast was included and served at the restaurant right on the beach. Our room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and a great shower. Dhauteya Villa is right by the beach and has a beautiful pool. We rented a moped on site, which made it easy to get around Amed and the nearby area.

I’ve stayed at Dhauteya three times now, and Kim and Kadek have come to feel like family. The staff have always been welcoming and helpful. I usually eat all my meals at the restaurant, which has plenty of delicious choices and a particularly memorable breakfast. I get up each morning for those incredible sunrise views. The resort is right on the beach, with some of the best snorkeling I’ve done on Bali. It’s conveniently located but away from the noise of the town center. I’ve tried the small, medium, and large rooms, and all were comfortable and well equipped. They were spacious and clean, with basic toiletries and lots of nice towels in the bathrooms. Good luck finding that much space and cleanliness elsewhere in the area. For exploring Amed, Tulamben, Bunutan, or East Bali more broadly, I’d highly recommend Dhauteya. If you’re nearby, the Tirta Gangga water palace is quite amazing, and its on site restaurant, Isen, is excellent.

It's hard to leave after three nights, and I'll definitely come back. The pool is amazing and the food is yummy. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated, right across from the beach, where the gentle sound of the ocean was lovely to wake up to. All the staff were very nice, especially Kadek, who was kind and helpful.
