The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the outdoor live music was alright. The breakfast was okay, though the national dishes were too salty for me; the appetizers and desserts were fine. The Superior Room was extremely small, especially with twin beds, which left no spare space at all. The beds ran from wall to wall. There were no snacks, coffee, or amenities, just two glasses and a water pitcher. The dominant black color in the room didn’t work for me. The NFC or Bluetooth key was slow and laggy, and the elevator buttons need improvement, they’re like reading braille. The location is the best thing about the hotel.

The lobby has plenty of desks for guests to work at, which I thought was a good idea. I also liked that it’s IQOS Friendly, with free billiards and Hand Football. The rooms were very clean, neat, and smelled good. Breakfast was good for a 3-star hotel, and I especially liked the Turkish Coffee. Staying here was a great experience.

The breakfast spread was a real highlight, and everything felt clean and safe. I was on the third floor and really liked the view. Getting around was so easy, with the mall right next door, too. Glad I chose this place, and the staff were friendly.

The room was clean, and getting into it felt very secure. I also liked the good breakfast and the free coffee and tea, valet service, and gym that’s open 24/7. The hotel’s in a really handy spot, with lots of tourist places nearby and the mall just a short walk away. I didn’t get any room photos, but I can still say it’s a good hotel.
