We left shortly after arriving and asked for a full cancellation. The condition of the place was genuinely unsettling: there was water damage running down the bedroom wall from what seemed to be an active leak, mold and grime on the bathroom ceiling, worn, chipped wall panels unlike the listing photos, and a toilet seat that appeared not to have been cleaned between guests. The photos gave a very different impression from what we found, and the property seemed to have gone without proper maintenance for months, perhaps longer. At this price, that gap felt like misrepresentation, not a minor inconvenience. I’d look elsewhere if you’re traveling in the area.

The stay was good overall. For the room, bottled drinking water would feel more hygienic than water served from a jug. A few things could use repairs too, like the chaise lounge on the balcony. 🤙

There’s a river just outside the window, and the location feels peaceful and tucked away. My driver said this was a deeper part of the area, which suited us since we were trying to avoid the city. The villa was a very wallet-friendly option for a big family, around 100 SGD a day for ten days in a standard two-bedroom place with a pool. They don’t provide bottled water, though it wasn’t a big deal for us. The room was generally clean, but the facilities looked used and worn. Wi-Fi could be better, though that wasn’t why we came. Staff service was great, and breakfast lived up to the reviews. You can eat at the restaurant, have it brought to your room, or get floating breakfast in the pool. I had it for all ten days, so pardon my taste buds. Lol There’s a small local mart about a ten-minute walk down the street. The laundromat is out front, roughly a kilometer away by local car. Traffic is part of traveling wherever you stay, so I won’t comment on that. I’d likely come back.

The staff were really friendly, and our clean rooms smelled nice. We enjoyed the stay, everything felt more than perfect, and the food was so yummy and delicious. 😋😍
