The second-floor view is nice, and the place is quiet compared with the main road or a city area. There’s a small drying rack in the room, and the rooms themselves were clean. For a traveler, though, the swimming pool seems to be the only attraction. A website with key information would help people know what to expect. This might suit larger groups or couples who arrive with their own food, drinks, towels, and supplies. Some visitors leave trash on the ground instead of using the designated bins, so the outdoor areas end up littered. A little respect would make it nicer for everyone. There were no towels, fan, AC, or WiFi. The screen was missing, and the staff’s attempted repair with tape and paper didn’t keep mosquitoes out. There were no hooks for clothes, just a drying rack for wet items. The lights weren’t working because bulbs were dead, and some switches were broken or had exposed wires. I had to take a bulb from a public area to use in the bathroom. The trash collection point is close to the pool and can smell bad when the sun heats it up. It should be away from the public areas. The place isn’t close to anything. You need a car or motorcycle to find food, drinks, toiletries, pulsa, a restaurant, or other supplies. It costs more than other local hotels despite having no basic conveniences like soap, towels, a hot water kettle, or breakfast. When I checked in, the staff didn’t mention that towels and other items were missing. I was highly disappointed for the price compared with other places locally.
