The location is great, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. A special thanks to trainee Melia and supervisor Irawan, and to all the trainees and staff for their help. The room needs some work. Paint was peeling, the toilet flush didn’t work, and although maintenance came promptly and tried to fix it, they couldn’t resolve the problem. The stained toilet seat had clearly seen better days, and the split aircon filter was blocked. The bathroom issues need professional attention. Beach access is also limited because of the beach conservation project.

Seascape was a lovely place to stay, with cozy rooms, great sunsets, an awesome pool, and amazing staff. Candidasa works as a base, but renting a scooter lets you explore the traditional villages, sandy beaches, and dive spots in nearby towns. Construction along the seawall is disrupting the area and seems to be putting people off staying there. Resorts are more affordable right now, but most local bars and restaurants are quiet, so you may need to head to other towns for more action.

This resort in Candidasa has a romantic feel, comfortable rooms with sea views, a pool, restaurant, and bar. The friendly staff provide excellent service. It’s near the town center and handy for snorkeling, diving, or spa treatments. A lovely choice for a relaxing Bali break!

We had a good, relaxing stay here from Nov.29-Dec.5, 2025. The room was neat and clean, and the staff were respectful and friendly. For a 3-star resort, the service was far excellent. Kudos to the team and management.

It’s about a 1½ hr cab ride from the airport, which is a bit inconvenient, and the trip costs about $50 or 650,000. Still, it’s a really nice spot to relax by the pool. I picked up a case of beer and a few bottles of rum. It’s raining right now, but we’re making the best of it!
