So gross. Don’t waste your money booking here. I reserved two nights but lasted less than six hours. The room was filthy and smelled awful, and the housekeeper offered room fragrance that only made the smell worse.

A friend booked me here for two nights because of a last-minute emergency. At first I thought it seemed okay, but lying on the bed made my whole body itchy. When I pulled off the blanket, I saw lots of black spots on the bed, suggesting bed bugs, and then I spotted some on the pillow and blanket too. I spent both nights sleeping on the floor. That wasn’t safe either, since there were roaches on the floor.

The location was the only reason I chose this place. I booked online and paid, but couldn’t stay. I couldn’t manage even an hour in the room because the smell was so bad. It was incredibly dirty and full of insects and cockroaches. There were no windows, and with the toilet inside, you can imagine the smell. The sheets were filthy, damp, and foul smelling. The service was worse than bad, and it doesn’t deserve even one star. Getting to reception is awkward because you have to go through the parking area, which is full of scooters. The receptionist wasn’t friendly and showed no basic hospitality or communication skills. I don’t recommend this place. To the owner and staff, I’m sorry to be blunt, but things could be much better with proper cleaning, some air freshener, and fresh sheets. Even with rain and water around, make the effort to clean. I don’t know where hotel inspections are. Public dormitories are cleaner and better than this.

There’s dampness everywhere, and the rooms, bathrooms, and walls are in awful shape. It’s a disgusting place in the middle of the neighborhood, almost like a refugee camp.
