The pool looks nice and the outside is attractive, but that's where the positives stopped for us. We saw no sinks in the rooms, and leeches came out between the shower tiles. The shower water smelled like used toilet water. The shared fridges were full of water, mold, dead bugs, and very old food. Around the pool, the floor was so slippery it felt extremely dangerous, like a broken bone or worse was inevitable. The full price is 500,000, and even the 250,000 we paid was far too much. I don't understand the nice reviews; TripAdvisor says otherwise. Walk away.

The staff weren't helpful, and kept playing on their phones, even while talking to us. There was no apology about the room either, so I wouldn't recommend this place. The toilet leaked and made a lot of noise, and we had to turn the water off each evening to sleep. On our second night, rain came into the room. With nobody at reception at 1 o'clock, we moved the bed and managed to sleep dry. The next day we were given a different room with mold on the wall, though at least the bed didn't get dripped on. The first room's problems were just left for us to deal with.

I hardly slept, and our daughter had the same problems when she stayed here. I have photos of the dirty sheets and bathroom, and have complained to my credit card company to try to get a refund after the hotel wouldn't help. We had booked four to five nights last month but left after one. The first room we were shown seemed okay, but after a trip inland a few days later we were checked into an upstairs room overlooking reception. At night that area became a loud, busy bar, with shouting, slamming doors, and arguments outside our room in the early hours. The hotel dog barked constantly then too. It seemed to be left in the hands of three young lads who didn't know how to run the place. In the morning I found the bottom sheet stained and soiled, something you couldn't see until the cover was moved. The bathroom tap turned the whole fitting instead of turning on properly. Large air bricks beside the hallways meant outside noise sounded like it was in the room, and our window facing reception and the late bar wouldn't close. We tried to complain the next morning, but only one of the three lads was on duty. He said he couldn't refund us until his manager returned, but didn't know when that would be. We went back four times and got nowhere. Disgusting place, a nightmare.
