We had a great stay for Valentine's week. On arrival, the staff were caring and helpful, carried our luggage, gave us welcome drinks and water, and explained everything. The villa felt spacious, clean, and welcoming, with an Alexa, two AC units, and several other useful things. The bathroom was comfortable and clean. There were two bathrobes, though they weren't changed. Service was quick, helpful, and understanding whenever we asked for something. Breakfast arrived on time and offered lots of choices, but the food itself was disappointing and low quality. It was bland, the fruit and juice weren't sweet, and the coffee was weak and watery. The location worked well, just a five-minute walk to a busy street full of restaurants. We didn't use the garden pool because it didn't look clean enough, though that's perhaps to be expected outdoors. I'd recommend the place and would stay again.
