10/10
The villa was beautiful, spacious, and clean, and being close to great restaurants, the beach, cafes, and spas was very convenient. We loved the local breakfast brought to our villa each morning by the cheerful staff. We couldn’t have asked for more. Our original booking at Aksata villa had some issues, so the team moved us to another villa and made the change feel calm and pleasant. They also handled every request with a smile, from arranging drivers and airport transfers to helping us get back something we’d left behind. I’d forgotten a gift from a good friend, but when I contacted the staff, they’d already arranged to post it to me. I only had to give them my address. I couldn’t believe it. Aksata villa was the best part of our trip. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and we can’t wait to stay again on our next Bali visit. Don’t miss out!

The poolside gets blocked from the sun after noon, and there’s only one air conditioner in the whole villa. Inside, there were lots of mosquitoes, broken lamps, and the place felt dated. It wasn’t clean at all.

A very nice villa resort. Once you’re inside the villas, it feels quiet and luxurious.

One good reason to stay here is Canggu itself, which offers the best expatriate living experience in Bali.
