The mood was peaceful and pleasant, especially if you like quiet. It's near rice paddies, so it gets very dark at night. The narrow little alley makes access tricky, and the parking area isn't very big. There are four rooms, all fairly spacious, with roomy bathrooms. They were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool is very deep, around 2-3 meters, and might be used by people learning to dive or snorkel. I was only there one night and forgot to take photos of the area.

Putu was helpful, and there's a driver available in the morning if you want to book a tour around the island. The bungalow has AC in the bedroom, hot water, a clothes drying rack, and a private terrace. It's surrounded by greenery, peaceful, and not far from the beach. The price is reasonable if you're mainly using it to sleep and spending the day out. Getting the key was a mess. Nobody was there when I arrived, the listed number didn't work, and emails went unanswered. My taxi driver had to ask a neighbor, and it took 30 minutes to find someone. For help, you have to go to the "office" at Road Beach Homestay, or ask Putu in the morning. The bungalow has no insulation, so it's very hot during the day, although the AC makes it fine at night. Don't expect to nap there. It was also not very clean, with dust, overflowing trash, and a dirty fridge, and the inside was very dark. You can't pay by credit card, so arrange online payment or bring cash.
