The MG Villa & SPA

The staff were so helpful with all our requests, including booking excursions and ferry tickets. We also really enjoyed the food, especially the delicious Indian dishes, and breakfast was very good. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stylish, roomy bungalows and an outdoor shower in the bathroom. The large pool was clean and had sunbeds. We had a lovely stay, thanks so much.

The sheets could have been cleaner, and the room insulation could be better. Still, we had comfortable beds and really liked the pool. Grendi gave us a warm welcome and was very professional. The hotel is near the port, with easy access to the scooter routes for the beaches. Several very nice restaurants and bars are close by too.

The rooms were nice, but communication was poor and there were unexpected charges. We’d been asking for weeks about booking boat tickets through the hotel, but our messages went unanswered and the boat was never booked. At checkout, we were charged for things we’d used in the room, even though nobody had told us about those costs at check-in. That was really disappointing.

The accommodations, dining area, pool, and thoughtfully arranged gardens were all very good, especially for the price. Ni Komang Sumadi has also created a special atmosphere by choosing such great staff. Desi, Ririn, Gede, Arto, and many others did everything they could to make my stay special. It’s hard to imagine anyone creating an experience as cantik as she has.
