Seven Dreams A Pramana Experience

Staying in the Presidential Suite at Seven Dreams - A Pramana Experience was a real pleasure. It was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully laid out, with lovely views and a calm feel. The details throughout seemed carefully considered. The owner and staff were warm and attentive, and helped whenever needed with genuine smiles. Everything ran smoothly, and the peaceful atmosphere made the stay memorable. I'd gladly return to Seven Dreams for another relaxing, high-quality Bali stay.

We rented a glass canoe and saw one of the 12 turtles the hotel had released, just 50 metres from shore. A school of baby dolphins was jumping above the water too. It felt magical, and the views across the island were beautiful. The rooms were gorgeous, the prawns were the best, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. For us, it was worth every penny, a once in a lifetime stay at the best hotel in Nusa Penida, and possibly Bali.

The staff and the spirit of the place are what I'll remember most. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful, and their energy really lifted our mood throughout the stay. Getting from Denpasar Airport went smoothly, and the extra transport charge was quite reasonable. This was my first visit to Bali, and Seven Dreams made it memorable. The room and villa were very clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches like full amenity kits, flip-flops since I'd forgotten mine, flowers, mosquito protection, and more. The internet was fast, and the pool villa's water was clean. If you're weighing it against a similar hotel, I highly recommend choosing Seven Dreams.

The sea views and prime location made for a relaxing stay, and the hotel feels worth another visit. There are some areas to work on, though. Customer service experience seemed limited, and the spa staff weren't cooperative, making it hard to accommodate many guests. The restaurant's food quality and selection also fell short, although the desserts were delicious and unusual, especially the crème brûlée. I believe the current management is excellent and committed to making improvements, and we hope to see progress soon.
