Okawati Hotel

For a 3-star hotel, I’d give it 5. The views are amazing, and there’s wildlife around. The place has a spiritual feeling, with a sense of nature and the gods that comes through during a stay. The owner is sweet and admirable, and a great supervisor and caretaker. I saw her doing more than the staff 🤫. Breakfast was wonderful, with a lovely spot to eat it. The pool and lounge area are very nice, and the artwork and decor are so unique. A really good stay, a good experience, good people.

I had a lovely three-night stay in this traditional family-run hotel. It’s tucked into a lane just a two-minute walk from Monkey Forest Road, with pretty gardens and a quiet feel despite being so conveniently placed. The owner is gorgeous. 🙏🏼

Beautiful buildings and gardens, a nice breakfast, and welcoming staff made this such charming accommodation. The location is great too. The place to stay in Ubud ✨✨✨

We booked the double garden room with a balcony and found it very clean, with a huge, comfortable bed. The pool is a good size, and our swim was refreshing and enjoyable. Breakfast was included, with lots of fruit. We especially liked the banana and pineapple crepes, and the poached eggs were yummy, though sweeter than the eggs where we live. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our nine nights. The central location near cafes and shops was the draw for us, yet the long lane made it very quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it!
