We had a lovely stay in the nice bungalows, and the owners were lovely too. We really recommend booking the island tour through them, it’s a beautiful way to see the island.

We loved this place enough to come back after spending about three days on the big island next door. We’d considered rushing to Komodo Island and back, or spending our last week in Indonesia on Nusa Penida, and chose to return here instead. Our first stay was four nights, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was. The air conditioning was cold, the bathroom was clean, and it felt very relaxing. We rented a scooter at the pier and drove around for dinner and exploring. I also liked that the hotel feels part of the town rather than cut off from the locals like some places.

The staff were very kind and helpful in arranging our Nusa Penida trip. The bungalows were well equipped and clean. A great place to stay for a night.

If you want to sleep past 8am, I wouldn’t come here. The roosters started at 4am and kept waking us up, so I can’t recommend it.
