Alam Canggu Kuta by ABM

Booking.com approved the price for my reservation, though it took them two days to answer my questions. A week before the reservation date, I went to the hotel. The manager got very angry when he saw the price, said something in his own language, then walked off to write to Booking.com without even looking at me. The hotel had accepted the reservation and price, but Booking.com didn’t stand by me as a customer and demanded more than twice the quoted amount. Their pricing and tone felt fraudulent. Even if there was a mistake, speaking loudly to a customer in a language they don’t understand is unacceptable. This hotel is completely unreliable. I have all the correspondence, and they can’t prove otherwise. After your reply, you’ve shown you’re exactly a liar. I don’t want anything from your hotel. I didn’t even start staying there. Your response was so funny. What other customer? I never stayed at your hotel because your behavior during the booking was so bad. That’s it. DON’T WRITE A WRONG ANSWER TO A CUSTOMER.

There’s a shared kitchen for cooking your own meals, and the clean pool was a lovely spot to relax in the afternoon. Alam Canggu Kuta is also conveniently located near a minimarket and restaurants, so getting food or picking up a few things is easy. My room was tidy and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. I had a great stay and definitely recommend it.

The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay. My room was spacious and very clean, and everything worked. I paid $50 AUD for two nights with breakfast. Thanks for having me, I’d highly recommend it.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a fair price. There’s a good coffee shop, massage parlor, and convenience store right downstairs.
