favehotel Ketapang

Breakfast is brought to your room around 7 a.m. The hotel avoids plastic mineral water bottles, but you can refill water at a dispenser in the hallway opposite your room. There's no doorbell, and housekeeping comes by daily to offer regular service. The towels became really smelly after use, as if they hadn't dried properly in the sun, so we asked for fresh ones each day. The location in Citimall is handy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious, and worth the price. Keep up the good service!

The broken elevator meant I had to carry my suitcase from the ground floor up to the second floor myself. There was no room boy service to help. The rooms were fairly clean and rates affordable, and the hotel is in a mall complex in Ketapang city. There were several mosquitoes around, so you'll want to switch on the AC. No bottled mineral water is supplied in the room, though there's a drinking water dispenser outside.

Everything else was okay, but motorcycle parking for guests needs more attention. It'd be good if the hotel had its own secure, private parking area. Also, the female receptionist could be friendlier with guests.

The food service was just so-so, though the price made it worthwhile. The service was excellent, and it's a nice place to stay inside citimall ketapang.
