BB Garden Resort

We had a serious safety and security problem during our recent stay at BB Garden Resort Bali. Someone broke into our villa and stole a large amount of cash. We later found out other villas nearby had been targeted around the same time. A neighbor’s safety box was forced open, and they lost thousands of euros. It seemed like there were several break-ins during that period. We reported what happened, but got little help from the staff or police. There was no proper investigation or meaningful support afterward. I liked the location and the rooms were nice, but based on what happened to us, I can’t recommend staying here unless security is seriously improved. The property didn’t feel secure. There are very few cameras, the front security seemed ineffective, and the in-villa safety boxes can be forced open. Don’t leave cash or valuables in your room or the safe if you stay here. We also felt uncomfortable about how observant some staff and cleaners seemed to be of guests and their belongings. We got the impression that details about valuable items could spread quickly. I’m not saying anyone was involved, but it made us uneasy, and we stopped trusting the friendly smiles. Please be careful, and don’t assume your things are safe.

It’s a quiet, green and clean place near Canggu Central, and the setting made for a very good, relaxing stay. My only complaints were that there’s no restaurant on site and the breakfast never arrived. Service definitely needs improvement, though the lovely surroundings and location were a big plus.

The location made it easy to reach local attractions, while the bungalows still felt like a peaceful retreat. The gardens were lush and well cared for, and the rooms were charming, clean, and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to do extra to make sure we had everything. I felt right at home, and would happily return. BB Garden Bungalows is a lovely choice for a quiet getaway! 🌴🌺

I spent about a year and a half at BB Garden Villa, and leaving is bittersweet. It felt like home and became a place full of memories. If I weren’t heading back to my country, I’d stay without hesitation. Thank you to Nora, Kurnia, and the whole team. My time in Bali was one of the best experiences of my life, and this villa really felt like a cocoon. The setting was so peaceful. I’d wake to birds and the sunrise, with no construction noise or barking dogs. The view over the open rice fields was beautiful and inspiring. I also loved the upstairs balcony, where I spent many happy moments. The villa was quiet, safe, and comfortable. The rooms had ensuite bathrooms, a big TV, and all the kitchen appliances I needed. Every room had working AC, plus extra fans, and the beds were very comfortable. The WiFi was fast and reliable for working from home, streaming, or gaming. Nora, the landlord, and Kurnia, the manager, were supportive, communicative, and accommodating. Whenever I wanted something changed, added, or removed, they agreed. That flexibility mattered a lot since I worked from home. The house team, especially the cleaners, were discreet, professional, and efficient. I’m particular about cleanliness and organization. After I showed them how I liked things done just twice, they exceeded my expectations every time.
